2010 Sustainability Report now available online

Besam's parent company, ASSA ABLOY, has released the latest information about its ongoing sustainability activities.

The 2010 Sustainability report details the variety of activities and initiatives undertaken in 2010 to ensure that ASSA ABLOY’s business processes and practices are sustainable and environmentally responsible.

The new report shows that all major Key Performance Indicators improved in 2010, based on a large number of activities in all parts of the Group including the Entrance Systems Division to which Besam belongs.

In addition to highlighting the Group’s 2010 sustainability achievements, the report also outlines the goals and targets the company is aiming to reach by 2015, including the reduction of overall energy consumption by 15 percent.
